IBC leak testing machinery

Customized automatic machines for several leak testing methods.

Over the years, Verborg Engineering has developed and implemented various semi-automatic and fully automatic machines for leak testing intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). These machines are built with standardized designs that can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of each customer. The flexibility of these designs allows for the integration of additional features, such as automated cap placement or drying processes following submersion testing. This adaptability ensures that the machines align seamlessly with diverse production environments and operational needs.

Our machines employ different leak testing methods, including submersion testing, differential pressure testing, and hydrostatic testing. Each method has unique advantages and is selected based on the specific requirements and preferences of the customer. Sometimes there are possibilities of applying different leak testing methods in one machine.
