Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) loading unit

Efficiently distributing products across multiple conveyor lines.

This tailored distribution machine comes from a collaboration with an IBC manufacturer. It's created to autonomously transfer IBC containers from a single supply line onto two groups of four conveyor units.

The IBC loading unit works on an X-Y system, so it doesn't need manual control. By collaborating with the system overseeing the eight conveyors it serves, the loading unit smoothly adjusts where it places the IBC containers.

The platform and machine are designed to fit well in the customer's area and production line. The conveyor in the loading unit is also designed to fit the product being used.

In this project, the loading unit operates at a moderate pace due to the preceding machines in the production line. While it has the potential for higher speed, it's intentionally synchronized to prevent any disruptions downstream.
