Plasma Wave Tube.
The plasma Wave Tube was a special one-off project which was done in collaboration with TU Delft for the “Reinvent the Toilet Challenge”. This machine provides a sustainable way to gather usable fuel gas from sewage sludge.
Plastic profile printer.
This modular profile printer is custom made for printing colors/patterns on plastic extrusion profiles. These machines are mainly customized for the furniture-industry (skirting boards and cover profiles).
Tri-Sure octagon flange measurer.
This machine is used for checking and testing 2” octagon flanges. These flanges are used for different lids for different types of steel drums.
Steel drum octagon stepfeeder.
With it’s smart design, this stepfeeder automatically checks, alligns, and feeds octagon drum flanges into the input of the production line.
Drum up- / down ender.
The up- / down ender is made for automatically changing the orientation of drums from vertical to horizontal (and vice versa). This modular tipping machine is able to completely function in a fully automatic transport system.
Product Shuttle.
The product shuttle is a universal purpose product transport system. This method of transportation is especially reliable when it comes to the transfer of a product from station to station in a production line. With it’s quick movement and precise placement the product shuttle is able to keep up with your production capacity while still placing the product on it’s fixed position every time.
Pick and place unit.
With it’s very high capacity, the Verborg pick and place unit is applied for the quick placing of smaller products in-line. The relatively small machine is easy to integrate and is very reliable.
General transportation units.
Transport of products between machines is a necessary step for automated production lines in the same facility. Sometimes a transportation method also serves as a line-buffer method at the same time. Verborg Engineering B.V. is able to provide different transportation methods which can be completely customized to the customer’s needs.
Refurbishing of existing drum line.
Aside from designing and building special purpose machinery, Verborg Engineering is also able to perform maintenance and refurbish existing production lines. These lines can also be from other manufacturers. Years of experience make us able to perform a good cost estimation on refurbishment operations.
