Leak testing machine for plastic drums

Modular leak test station in End-of-Line machine.

This easily integrable leak tester is used in our end-of-line machine for plastic drums but is also available as a stand-alone version. The station was developed and manufactured by Verborg Engineering. It can be automatically adjusted to accommodate different heights and diameters of plastic drums. Thanks to its high processing speed, this station does not create bottlenecks in the production process.

The station uses a differential pressure test to verify whether the drum is leak-proof and whether the pre-assembly of the vent nipple meets the required standards. Approved drums are transported to the next station via the shuttle system. Rejected or untested drums are automatically removed from the approved product flow.
