Production lines

Tailor-Made Production Lines for the Process Technology Industry.

At Verborg Engineering, we specialize in the design and construction of complete production lines for the process technology sector. Every production environment has its unique requirements, which is why we work closely with our customers to develop solutions tailored precisely to their processes. Starting from the P&ID, we translate process concepts into practical and reliable installations.

Our expertise spans a wide range of systems, from pilot plants to full-scale production facilities. We not only build entirely new production lines but also support the modification and upgrading of existing systems. Whether it involves integrating new equipment, optimizing processes, or fully rebuilding systems previously delivered by us, we ensure that your production line stays aligned with your operational goals and meets the latest industry standards.

In addition, our in-depth knowledge of process engineering allows us to review and advise on your existing P&ID documentation. This often leads to significant improvements in both design and operational efficiency.

Example project: Spin line.

A clear example of a tailor-made production line is the spin line shown below. This custom solution was developed for a client recognized as a global leader in aerospace research and development. Due to the industry’s stringent requirements, the line is constructed almost entirely from high-grade stainless steel.

Designed in close collaboration with the client, the installation combines multiple production steps into a compact, space-efficient system—maximizing functionality while minimizing footprint. The machine produces a thread-like material through a series of chemical and mechanical processing steps, all executed in accordance with strict industry standards and guidelines. At the end of the line, an automated winding wheel system allows the finished product to be wound onto custom-designed wheels, enabling easy removal and handling.

Thanks to strict project planning and reliable agreements with our suppliers, we were able to manufacture, assemble, integrate, and test this line within a relatively short timeframe.
