Bubble / submersion leak test – custom made

Verborg engineering B.V. has the ability to create Submersion testers for your specific product by using several standardised solutions. We are very experienced in designing / creating leak testers which are applicable for a wide variation of products in the same category. With these aspects in mind, we strive to make a solution with the most efficiency and versatility for your production line.

The tester is made to automatically hold the product under water while the operator performs the analysis.

The product is filled with compressed air, the pressure will stay on the product for the time that the tests are carried out. In this case, when a leak is in the product, the compressed air will leave the product while being under water, causing bubbles to show up.

With this leak testing method you are able to detect very small leaks without a tracer gas or vacuum. It is also easy to pinpoint the location of the leaks in the product. However, the tested product will get wet during the test.

This specific project was meant for different dirt and air seperators. With it’s smart design, this installation can manually be adjusted to the different kinds of seperators our customer produced. It`s easy to use (and therefore quickly) way of set-up by the operator provided a way to provide enough tests for the customer’s production line.
