Tabseal crimping unit

A practical addition to high-throughput tight head drum manufacturing.

The tabseal crimping unit offers an efficient and streamlined solution for automatically crimping a tabseal over the standard ¾" closure of tight head drums (TH-drums). This unit works in tandem with a specialized Pick and Place unit.

Part of Verborg Engineering's End of line production line, this unit serves as the final step in the production process.

Designed with simplicity in mind, the tabseal crimping unit is powered by a single pneumatic cylinder. The drum is positioned appropriately within the "End of Line" production setup.
